Residential epoxy and concrete coating installations include a 3-year delamination warranty. Commercial and industrial epoxy and concrete coating installations include a 1-year delamination warranty.
This warranty covers coating delamination caused by installation-related workmanship issues when the system has been installed over a suitable substrate and maintained under normal use conditions.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, intentional damage, impact damage, substrate movement, moisture issues outside the approved system limits, acts of God, flooding, fire, extreme weather, structural failure, or conditions outside of TaskMaster’s control.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and review by TaskMaster. Final coverage is determined based on the cause of failure, site conditions, and whether the flooring system has been used and maintained as intended.
